Core Duties
- Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and technical teams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead regular status reviews and communicate progress, risks, and adjustments to stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and manage project dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalation issues proactively
- Mentor and coordinate with project teams to ensure accountability and high-quality delivery
- Track and report on key performance indicators and lessons learned to continuously improve processes
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technology projects or complex initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Mastery of project management methodologies and comfort adapting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
- Ability to think strategically while managing operational details with precision
