Position Summary

The Senior Business Technical Analyst serves as a strategic contributor at Centene, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Working remotely from Missouri, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups
• Analyze existing business processes and technical systems to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with software development, operations, and business teams throughout project lifecycles
• Conduct testing, validate solutions, and support implementation activities
• Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation
• Monitor business outcomes and recommend continuous process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar technical analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated impact on business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies such as requirements management or process mapping
• Experience working within regulated industries, particularly healthcare or insurance, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus
