Compass Group, North America is hiring a Housekeeper for Ambulatory Services at UPMC Pinnacle Ambulatory in York, Pennsylvania. About the Position
Crothall Healthcare, a division of Compass Group, North America, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to join our ambulatory services team. In this housekeeping role, you'll maintain the cleanliness and sanitation standards of a busy ambulatory care facility, working evenings to prepare spaces for the next day's patient care and operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of patient care areas and clinical spaces
- Maintain bathrooms, waiting areas, and common spaces to healthcare facility standards
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products in compliance with infection control protocols
- Manage and replenish cleaning supply inventory
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Adhere to medical waste handling and facility safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Physical capability for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and professional communication skills
- Willingness to follow healthcare facility protocols and safety procedures
Schedule and Location
This is a part-time housekeeper position with hours Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The role is based at UPMC Pinnacle Ambulatory, located at 80 Wyntre Brooke Drive, York, PA 17403. Additional scheduling details will be provided during the interview.
