FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Compass Group, North America is hiring a part-time Food Service Worker for William Penn Annex East at the University of Pennsylvania's campus location in Philadelphia. This flexible position offers immediate opportunities to join our dining team in a dynamic university environment.

About the Role

You'll contribute to our food service operations in a fast-paced kitchen setting, supporting meal preparation and service for our campus community. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling that includes evening and weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating under kitchen supervision
• Serve food to diners while maintaining portion control and presentation standards
• Maintain sanitary conditions in food prep areas, serving lines, and dining spaces
• Follow all food safety and handling protocols consistently
• Support inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
• Work as a collaborative team member in a high-volume dining operation

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or food service experience
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
