About the Role

The Auto Physical Damage Claims Performance Analytics team is looking for a Senior Consultant to develop and implement analytics strategies that optimize claims processing, quality, and efficiency. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, working closely with claims leadership and operational teams to identify performance opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Analyze auto claims performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Design and develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key metrics
