About the Role
As a Sonographer at US Fertility, you'll perform vital diagnostic ultrasound examinations that directly support our physicians' fertility care and help patients progress through treatment cycles. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling while working in a patient-centered clinical environment dedicated to reproductive medicine excellence.
What You'll Do
- Conduct transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound examinations with precision and clinical expertise
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to clinical protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain examination processes in clear, compassionate language
- Document ultrasound findings accurately and completely for immediate physician review
- Assist physicians during fertility procedures, monitoring cycles, and egg retrieval preparations
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to optimize patient experiences
What We're Looking For
- Current ARDMS certification (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or equivalent state credential
- Demonstrated experience performing obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations
- Familiarity with fertility protocols and reproductive medicine preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and patient safety
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting
