What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or management consulting
- Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives for enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
- Strong expertise in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-suite and executive audiences
