About the Role

As a MES PAS-X Consultant at Accenture, you'll guide enterprise clients through designing and implementing manufacturing execution systems that optimize operational efficiency, visibility, and control across production environments. This full-time position combines technical architecture, systems integration, and consulting expertise to deliver business outcomes that matter.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate manufacturing operations and identify optimization opportunities through MES PAS-X platforms
• Design end-to-end system architectures that align with client business goals and industry standards
• Lead requirements definition, system configuration, testing, and integration with enterprise infrastructure
• Partner with operations, IT, and business teams to ensure successful system adoption and change management
• Oversee implementation timelines, quality standards, and project delivery within budget parameters
• Provide technical guidance and training to client teams on system functionality and best practices
• Monitor industry trends and manufacturing technology advances to recommend continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on consulting experience with MES PAS-X systems or comparable manufacturing execution platforms
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, production workflows, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Technical skills in system architecture, integration approaches, and data management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder audiences
• Proven project management experience balancing multiple concurrent client engagements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related discipline
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client manufacturing facilities
