What You'll Do
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and coach teams toward operational excellence and agile maturity
- Support Azure cloud adoption by fostering understanding of cloud architecture and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and maximize value delivery
- Lead team development through mentoring, feedback, and continuous process improvement
- Champion agile methodologies across complex, client-facing transformation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable agile certification
- Demonstrated experience leading agile teams in enterprise or professional services environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform, cloud infrastructure, or similar technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to build influence across organizational boundaries
