About the Role
As an Integrated Planning Manager, you'll drive end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives for utility and energy sector clients. This role blends strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, applying data science, digital platforms, and emerging generative AI capabilities to help Fortune 500 and private-equity-backed organizations modernize their procurement, demand planning, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead supply chain planning engagements, diagnosing current-state operations and designing future-state integrated planning models
- Partner with executive leadership to define supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and market conditions
- Apply advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify efficiency opportunities, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
- Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled planning platforms to streamline forecasting, inventory management, and network optimization
- Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients to implement improvements across procurement, logistics, and operations
- Contribute to thought leadership and industry best practices within utilities and energy supply chain management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain consulting, operations management, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience or familiarity with supply chain planning tools, analytics platforms, or digital transformation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Interest in emerging technologies including AI and advanced planning systems
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
