Your Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy development and procurement transformation initiatives for utilities clients, from diagnosis through execution
• Design and implement vendor management optimization programs that reduce costs and strengthen supply chain resilience
• Conduct procurement operations assessments and build detailed business cases for supply chain modernization investments
• Apply advanced analytics, cost modeling, and data-driven insights to improve procurement decision-making
• Integrate AI-powered planning tools and digital platforms into client sourcing operations
• Manage cross-functional client teams and coordinate with subject matter specialists in data, technology, and functional areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or management consulting
• Demonstrated expertise in utilities, energy, or infrastructure industry supply chain operations (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with procurement optimization, cost modeling, or supply chain analytics
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and manage senior-level relationships
• Familiarity with AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation in supply chain contexts
