LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team in Brooklyn, New York. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while monitoring patient response and side effects
- Provide evidence-based therapy and psychoeducation to support patient recovery and wellness goals
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated treatment
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and treatment plans that meet regulatory and organizational standards
- Build trusting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced nursing credential
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
- Current Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York State
- Clinical experience in psychiatric, mental health, or behavioral health settings
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
