Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Scappoose, OR

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team in Scappoose, Oregon. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families across Columbia County, contributing to our mission of making quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable.

About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our Scappoose clinic, you'll provide direct clinical care to a diverse client population. This role combines one-on-one therapeutic sessions with the administrative and collaborative work that defines modern behavioral health practice. You'll work within our integrated care model, which connects mental health treatment with physical wellness to support whole-person healing.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
• Deliver individual and family psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and treatment notes that comply with regulatory standards
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and measure clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or other appropriate mental health license in Oregon
• Demonstrated clinical experience in individual and family therapy
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations across the lifespan
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Willingness to work as part of an integrated behavioral health team
