LifeStance Health is hiring a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Yorktown Heights, Westchester County, New York. About the Role

You'll deliver comprehensive mental health services as a Clinical Psychologist at our Yorktown location, conducting thorough assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and providing direct psychological care to patients across diverse clinical presentations and needs.

What You'll Do

• Perform psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and clinical evaluations
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including psychiatrists and clinical staff
• Document clinical findings and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and consultation

What We're Looking For

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in New York State
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and psychotherapy
• Proficiency with evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative approach to patient care and team integration
