Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC/LISW-CP/LMFT)

LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC/LISW-CP/LMFT) in Irmo, Richland County for a full-time position. You'll provide high-quality mental health treatment to individuals and families while joining a healthcare organization dedicated to integrating behavioral and physical wellness.

About the Role

We're seeking a licensed clinical therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient mental health services in our Irmo office. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and care coordinators to provide integrated treatment within a supportive practice environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Document clinical notes, progress updates, and treatment outcomes in compliance with standards
• Partner with primary care physicians and psychiatrists to coordinate integrated care
• Evaluate client progress regularly and adjust therapeutic interventions based on outcomes
• Participate in clinical consultation, case review, and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

• Active South Carolina license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LISW-CP (Licensed Independent Social Worker—Clinical Practice), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• Direct experience providing psychotherapy or counseling services
• Competency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based care setting
