Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

LifeStance Health is hiring a part-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to deliver clinical mental health services in Kent, King County. We're looking for licensed clinicians who are committed to patient care and clinical excellence.

About the Position

This is a part-time opportunity with LifeStance Health, where you'll provide direct therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with individual, couples, and family clients
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
• Collaborate with our clinical care team to ensure coordinated patient support
• Assess client needs and adjust treatment approaches based on progress and feedback

What We Need From You

• Current Washington state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapy techniques
• Genuine commitment to patient outcomes and clinical quality
• Professional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in community mental health or outpatient therapy settings
