WNY Dental – General Dentist – *Only use for Western New York supported offices

Western New York Dental Group is hiring a full-time General Dentist to join our team in Holland, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care in a modern, collaborative group practice where your clinical skills will make a real impact.

About the Role

You'll practice as a General Dentist within a supportive team environment at our Holland-based practice. This full-time position combines the rewards of direct patient care with the professional resources and practice infrastructure that come from working with an established group practice in Western New York.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient examinations, develop differential diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive dentistry including cleanings, periodontal assessments, and fluoride applications
• Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and other reconstructive treatment
• Evaluate and perform extractions when clinically necessary
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and prevention strategies
• Document clinical findings and maintain comprehensive patient health records
• Implement infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
• Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and team members to optimize patient care

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active New York State dental license
• Current CPR certification
• Solid clinical foundation with commitment to quality patient outcomes
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Professional demeanor and collaborative approach to team-based practice
• Malpractice insurance (or ability to secure coverage)
