Forklift Driver 2nd shift- $1000 sign on bonus

Consolidated Precision Products is hiring a Forklift Driver for our 2nd shift production team in South Saint Paul, Dakota County. This is a full-time opportunity with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused forklift operator to support our manufacturing operations. You'll work the 2nd shift, handling critical material movement and inventory control that keeps our production floor running smoothly. This is hands-on work that directly impacts our ability to deliver aerospace components on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift to move, stack, and position materials throughout the facility
• Track and record inventory movements to maintain accurate production records
• Prepare materials and components for production lines in coordination with our scheduling department
• Ensure all materials are organized and accessible for manufacturing teams
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors and team leads

What We're Looking For

• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule reliably
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety
