NoGigiddy is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, to shape how a fast-growing platform for gig workers and side hustlers shows up across social channels.

About the Role

As the Social Media Manager at NoGigiddy, you'll own our voice across the platforms where our community already spends its time. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, ideal for a creative storyteller who understands the gig economy and knows how to turn everyday earning opportunities into content people genuinely want to engage with.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and schedule social content that speaks directly to gig workers, freelancers, and anyone earning outside the traditional 9-to-5.
• Grow and nurture our audience across major social networks, building a community that trusts NoGigiddy as a go-to resource.
• Develop campaigns that highlight real earning opportunities — remote roles, gig platforms, surveys, and financial tools.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and keep conversations active and authentic.
• Track performance metrics and use those insights to sharpen future content and posting strategy.
• Collaborate with the broader team to keep messaging consistent, accessible, and free of gatekeeping.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or community.
• Strong writing skills and a knack for crafting content tuned to each platform's audience.
• Familiarity with the gig economy, side hustles, or remote work culture — you "get it."
• Comfort with analytics and a habit of letting data guide creative decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a content calendar end to end.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Corpus Christi, Nueces County.
