About the Role

As a Promotions Team Member based in Newburgh Heights, you'll be the energetic, on-the-ground presence that connects iHeartMedia with audiences throughout the Cleveland area. From live broadcasts to community activations and brand-sponsored events, you'll help create memorable, high-impact experiences that keep listeners engaged and clients coming back. This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent iHeartMedia at remote broadcasts, station events, concerts, and promotional appearances across the Cleveland market.
• Set up, operate, and break down event equipment, signage, vehicles, and promotional displays.
• Engage with listeners and the public to build excitement, distribute prizes and giveaways, and capture content for on-air and digital channels.
• Support account executives and clients by helping execute sponsored promotions and brand activations.
• Assist with day-to-day promotional logistics, inventory, and coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• An outgoing, dependable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when events require it.
• Able to lift and move promotional equipment and stay active throughout shifts.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transporting and operating promotional vehicles.
