About the Role

As Promotions Event Support at iHeartMedia in Pico Heights, Los Angeles County, you'll be a hands-on contributor to the promotional activations, broadcasts, and community events that bring our brands to life. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for an energetic, detail-minded person who enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives when interacting with the public and supporting a busy promotions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of station promotions, remotes, and live events.
• Represent iHeartMedia brands professionally while engaging with listeners, clients, and event attendees.
• Transport, organize, and maintain promotional equipment, signage, and giveaway materials.
• Support on-air talent and the promotions staff during broadcasts and community appearances.
• Help capture event moments and coordinate logistics to ensure each activation runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in Pico Heights, Los Angeles County, including some evenings and weekends as events require.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing presence.
• Ability to lift and move event equipment and stay active throughout a shift.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are helpful for off-site events.
