Digital Marketing Executive (Singapore)

Pixlr Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore, Singapore. In this full-time role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business results across our online channels.

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence and grow our reach through creative, data-driven campaigns. Based in Singapore, you will work across multiple digital platforms and channels, taking a strategic approach to everything from content marketing to paid advertising. Your Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and display advertising channels
• Develop engaging content for blogs, videos, infographics, and social platforms that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; identify trends and recommend optimisations
• Manage our social media accounts, including community engagement, scheduling, and audience growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints
• Research competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and keep our strategy competitive

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, or a closely related field
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management software, email marketing systems, advertising platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to colleagues and audiences
• Comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights from performance metrics
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Based in or willing to work from Singapore, Central Singapore, Singapore
