Marketing Director/Head

Pixlr Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Director/Head to lead our marketing initiatives and strategic direction from our office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to shape our brand presence and drive business growth through strategic marketing leadership.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Director/Head, you will take charge of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll oversee our entire marketing function, from brand positioning and campaign development through to performance measurement and ROI optimisation. This leadership role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution capability.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that support organisational growth and market expansion
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee brand development, messaging, and market positioning across all channels
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
• Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing investments
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role or equivalent background
• Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans
• Excellent people management and team leadership skills
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and modern marketing practices

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
