Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist with SSM Health, you'll work in a collaborative clinical environment providing comprehensive rehabilitation services. What You'll Do

• Perform thorough patient evaluations to assess physical function, movement patterns, and pain levels
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing movement dysfunction, pain management, and functional recovery
• Deliver hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and modality-based treatment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
• Document patient care thoroughly and communicate with the broader healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain compliance with all clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations across the lifespan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
