Product Manager – (Payments, Fintech)

Delivery Hero is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Payments and Fintech to join our Berlin office. In this full-time role, you'll drive the strategic vision and execution of payment solutions that power transactions across our global platform.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced product leader who understands the payments landscape and can navigate the complexities of fintech regulation and user needs. You'll own the product strategy for payment features that directly impact our merchants and customers worldwide. This is an opportunity to shape how millions of people pay for food delivery, working from our Berlin office within a team that prioritizes innovation and user-centric problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for payment and fintech initiatives across our platform
• Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams to deliver payment features
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Establish success metrics and key performance indicators, using data to inform decisions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and optimization
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Deep understanding of payment systems, fintech trends, and regulatory considerations
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product analytics tools and metrics-driven product development
