What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage vendor onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration with Delivery Hero's platform and systems
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements and operational standards
• Handle day-to-day communication with vendor partners to resolve operational issues and support their success
• Prepare and maintain vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance records
• Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions
• Track and report on vendor metrics and operational health across your portfolio

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management, operations coordination, or a related business operations role
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships with external partners
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and CRM systems
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
