Global HR Process Lead

Join Experian as a Global HR Process Lead, a full-time remote position based in Sofia, Sofia City Province, Bulgaria. You will drive the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of human resources processes and systems across the organisation, enabling operational excellence and supporting strategic HR initiatives on a global scale.

The Opportunity

Experian is seeking an accomplished HR process professional to lead the transformation and optimisation of end-to-end human resources workflows and systems. In this remote role, you'll take ownership of how core HR functions operate across our worldwide operations—from talent acquisition and onboarding through employee lifecycle management, performance management, and compliance reporting. You'll identify process inefficiencies, implement solutions that reduce manual effort, and guide HR teams towards greater strategic impact. Collaborating with HR leadership, Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders across multiple regions, you'll establish governance frameworks that strengthen consistency, quality, and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and optimise critical HR processes including recruitment, employee onboarding, development, performance management, compensation administration, and offboarding
• Evaluate HR information systems and technology platforms; lead selection, implementation, and adoption activities
• Conduct process analysis to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities using data-driven insights
• Develop standard operating procedures, process workflows, and quality metrics aligned with business objectives
• Ensure HR processes meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements across all operating jurisdictions
• Partner with global HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to integrate processes and maintain business alignment
• Create training materials and deliver guidance to enable staff adoption of new processes and systems

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR operations, process improvement, systems implementation, or HR business partnering
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale process transformation or HRIS implementation projects
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compensation, and employment law
• Proficiency with HR information systems and experience in large, multi-regional organisations
• Strong analytical capabilities with skill in interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process improvement frameworks
• Self-directed work style suited to remote collaboration and managing complex, competing priorities
