Product Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and evolution of our digital products. You'll be responsible for translating market insights and customer feedback into compelling product strategies that deliver measurable business impact. Working within a collaborative, technology-driven environment, you'll guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch and continuous optimisation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and communicate clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to prioritise features and drive delivery
• Gather and synthesise customer feedback through user research, interviews, and analytics
• Establish product metrics and KPIs, monitoring performance and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitating alignment between product, sales, marketing, and operations
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Manager or similar product-focused role in technology or SaaS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience managing full product lifecycles from conception through launch
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and customer-centric product development
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
