About This Position

We're seeking a talented Mobile Chef to join Hana Group's team in Plymouth. This is a full-time position focusing on morning shift operations, perfect for a culinary professional who enjoys variety and working across different venues and settings. You'll bring your culinary skills directly to clients, preparing and serving high-quality meals in diverse environments whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to agreed specifications and dietary requirements across multiple client locations
• Set up and manage food preparation areas, ensuring all equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained
• Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with Hana Group's team to deliver seamless food service experiences
• Source and manage ingredients and supplies as directed
• Adapt menus and cooking methods to suit each client's preferences and venue constraints
• Ensure excellent presentation and portion control across all dishes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional chef with strong culinary skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in catering
• Flexibility and reliability for morning shift schedules
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one
• Comfortable working in varied environments and adapting to different kitchens
