What This Role Involves

As a Technical Recruiter focused on Managed Services Recruitment at Lifted, you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized technical talent. You'll source, screen, and place candidates into roles that power modern managed services operations. Your work will directly impact the quality and speed of our client placements, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure strong fits and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified technical candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical competency, experience, and cultural alignment with managed services environments
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of managed services roles, required technical skills, and industry demands in the PH and broader markets
• Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate pipelines, and communicate regularly with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain organized candidate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine job descriptions, understand hiring needs, and deliver candidates who meet technical and interpersonal requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with exposure to managed services, IT infrastructure, or similar technical fields
• Strong understanding of managed services roles, technical skill sets, and the hiring landscape in the Philippines and Southeast Asia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Reliability and professionalism in a remote work setting
