Role Overview

As an Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that luxury properties meet the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you coordinate between guests, property owners, and support teams to deliver seamless experiences. This is project-based contract work that combines customer service expertise with property management coordination in the dynamic luxury vacation rental market.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stays to ensure their questions are answered promptly and professionally
• Coordinate property check-ins, check-outs, and guest logistics with precision and attention to detail
• Manage and respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests through multiple channels
