What This Role Involves

As a Customer Experience Associate with Ditrop Inc, you'll be the frontline representative solving real problems for our customers every day. Your work will centre on building trust, resolving concerns with empathy, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to safe, reliable, and affordable mobility services. You'll contribute directly to making urban transportation better in Saint John and throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-app channels with professionalism and care
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for both riders and drivers on our platform
• Process refunds, account adjustments, and account management requests accurately and promptly
• Document all interactions thoroughly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights to improve our service
• Develop deep product knowledge of DitropGO's features, safety protocols, and policies
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to drive continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a technology or transportation environment preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving ability and emotional intelligence when handling challenging situations
• Comfortable with customer service software and standard computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping people and improving their experiences
• Full-time availability in Saint John, Saint John region
