What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants, guests, vendors, and all visitors while maintaining professional composure and a secure environment
• Manage front desk operations with comprehensive record-keeping, including detailed logs for access, personnel, and package tracking
• Control access points, verifying credentials and managing entry for authorized tenants, vendors, and visitors
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular property patrols to deter theft, prevent incidents, and ensure the safety of all on-site
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with clarity and professionalism, documenting events for building management and supervisors
• Support additional facility needs as requested

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Level 2 Security License (required)
• Minimum age of 18
• Demonstrated background in client-focused settings such as concierge, door staff, hotel, restaurant, customer service, receptionist, or clerical roles
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Physical capability to perform essential job functions: lifting up to 50+ pounds, conducting foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Clear background check and negative pre-employment drug screening
• Bilingual skills are a valued plus
