Lifestance Health is recruiting a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in child and adolescent care for multiple locations across Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time clinical position where you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to young patients within a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group committed to unifying mental and physical healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical standards
• Evaluate, prescribe, and manage psychiatric medications with appropriate clinical monitoring and follow-up
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, and community providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Document clinical findings, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical innovations in child and adolescent psychiatry

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification
• Clinical experience or strong demonstrated interest in child and adolescent mental health
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; patient and family-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and expanding access to affordable mental healthcare
