About the Role

As the Integrated Marketing Manager – TV/Radio & Lead Generation at Window Nation, you will own the strategy and execution behind our television and radio advertising while ensuring every campaign translates into qualified leads. Based in Fulton, Howard County, you'll connect broadcast storytelling with performance marketing to keep our growth engine running.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize integrated TV and radio advertising campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
• Drive lead generation by aligning broadcast media spend with measurable pipeline and conversion goals.
• Partner with creative, media-buying, and analytics teams to maintain a consistent brand message across channels.
• Track campaign performance, report on return on investment, and refine tactics to improve cost-per-lead.
• Identify new media opportunities that expand reach and support nationwide growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing TV and/or radio advertising campaigns.
• A strong background in lead generation and demand-driven, performance marketing.
• Comfort working with media buyers, creative partners, and data to optimize results.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple campaigns at once.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Fulton, Howard County.
