About the Role

As a PT Maintenance Technician with Grace Management, you will play a vital part in maintaining the upkeep and appearance of the Collier Park community in Beaumont. This is a part-time position scheduled at approximately 18 hours per week, paying $16.00 per hour. Reliable transportation to and from the community is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across the property and resident living spaces.
• Respond promptly to service requests and address issues to keep facilities safe and functional.
• Support the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of common areas, grounds, and building systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to help reduce disruptions for residents.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, family-like atmosphere for residents.
