About the Role

As a Resident Care Assistant with Grace Management, you will provide hands-on, compassionate support to residents in our Nassau Bay senior living community. This is an in-person position with openings across all shifts, making it an excellent fit for caregivers seeking flexible scheduling and meaningful work. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Deliver attentive, respectful care that protects each resident's dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly communicate any changes to the care team.
• Help foster a warm, family-oriented environment that enriches residents' quality of life.
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable living space for all residents.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for serving seniors and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Reliability and flexibility to work any of the available shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks involved in resident care.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nassau Bay, Harris County (this role is not remote).
