Quality Control Manager (Remote)

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to establish and oversee comprehensive quality assurance systems, ensure strict adherence to performance standards, and spearhead quality enhancement initiatives. In this role, you'll leverage data analytics to inform decisions, optimize critical processes, and partner with teams across the organization to strengthen program effectiveness and stakeholder trust.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and execute quality monitoring frameworks that track compliance with established performance benchmarks
• Lead improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, testing solutions, and scaling successful changes
• Analyze quality metrics and performance trends to uncover insights and recommend actionable enhancements
• Work cross-functionally with program staff, leadership, and external partners to align on quality standards and shared success measures
• Develop quality protocols, standards documents, and staff training programs to embed best practices
• Report on quality performance, escalate risks, and drive accountability for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance management
• Demonstrated success leading quality initiatives and measurable process improvements
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
• Background in government programs, healthcare administration, or public-serving organizations preferred
• Ability to manage independently, organize complex projects, and thrive in a remote work environment
