About the Role

The Jira and Jama Product Delivery Specialist bridges product development and quality assurance, ensuring requirements are clear, testing is comprehensive, and deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. You'll use Jama to trace requirements through the development lifecycle and Jira to coordinate testing activities, bug tracking, and release coordination with development and product teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute detailed test strategies and test plans aligned with product requirements and delivery schedules
• Design, document, and manage test cases and test scenarios within Jama, ensuring full coverage of functional specifications
• Create structured test datasets and manage test environments to validate software functionality before release
• Perform systematic testing using established procedures and document results thoroughly with supporting evidence
• Log defects, validation findings, and quality metrics in Jira; collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Prepare comprehensive testing reports and quality assessments for stakeholders and project reviews
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results throughout the product delivery cycle
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to clarify specifications and refine testing approaches

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise using Jama for requirements management and test case organization
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking, reporting, and workflow management
