Key Responsibilities

• Supervise call center representatives and ensure strict adherence to quality standards, performance deadlines, and established procedures
• Identify performance gaps, provide coaching and correction, and implement process improvements to boost team efficiency
• Conduct interviews with prospective call center staff and provide recommendations for hiring and promotions in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
• Build and manage work schedules, assign daily duties and tasks to team members, and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
• Monitor key performance metrics, track individual and team progress, and report on operational results to senior management

What You Bring

• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a call center, customer service, or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff
