Sneaker Design Instructor Opportunities

Concorde Education is seeking talented Sneaker Design Instructors for independent contractor instructional assignments in Haddon Township, Camden County. Lead creative, hands-on sneaker design programs at partner school locations, teaching students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels through engaging after-school instruction.

About the Role

This is an independent contractor position offering flexible instructional opportunities at multiple partner schools throughout the Haddon Township area. Each assignment typically runs for approximately 10 weeks, with scheduled instruction sessions of 1–4 hours per week during after-school time slots. The flexible, assignment-based structure allows you to build your own teaching schedule across multiple school partnerships in Camden County.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver sneaker design curriculum to students in elementary through high school grades
• Lead hands-on, project-based learning experiences that develop student creativity and design thinking
• Teach design principles, sketching techniques, and the sneaker design process
• Adapt instructional methods to engage students across different grade levels and learning styles
• Create a supportive, collaborative classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore ideas
• Work with partner school sites in the Haddon Township area, adjusting to different school environments and schedules

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for sneaker design and footwear industry
• Experience teaching, instructing, or mentoring students in creative or design disciplines
• Strong ability to communicate complex design concepts in accessible, engaging ways
• Classroom management and student engagement skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings and after-school time slots
• Ability to prepare and organize materials for student-centered, hands-on learning
