Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is hiring a Home Consultant to support Airbnb's Luxe program in Moneta, Bedford County. In this full-time position, you'll ensure premium properties meet the rigorous quality and hospitality standards that define luxury hospitality.

About the Role

As a Home Consultant for Airbnb Luxe, you'll conduct on-site evaluations of high-end rental properties, verify their condition and readiness, and document findings that help maintain the trust and excellence guests expect. Your assessment work directly supports Airbnb's most discerning travelers and the property managers who host them.

What You'll Do

• Perform in-person property walkthroughs and comprehensive condition assessments
• Capture professional photographs and detailed property documentation
• Create thorough reports on property status, maintenance needs, and compliance with Luxe standards
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to property owners and management teams
• Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all assessments
• Help identify and recommend improvements to meet luxury hosting benchmarks

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for clear reporting and stakeholder collaboration
• Attention to detail and ability to document property conditions accurately
• Comfort conducting in-person home visits and professional property inspections
• Reliability and professionalism when representing Airbnb and Lifted
• Basic photography skills or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
