About the Role
You'll direct the vision, quality, and operations of our early care and education program. What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff and support personnel to maintain quality standards
- Design and oversee curriculum implementation grounded in evidence-based early childhood education practices
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, health codes, and safety regulations across all center operations
- Develop and manage annual budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
- Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication, conferences, and engagement opportunities
- Foster a warm, inclusive culture where children achieve developmental milestones and staff thrive professionally
- Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and early childhood networks
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, teaching, or child development programs
- Demonstrated success managing staff, budgets, and day-to-day center operations
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices, child psychology, and Oklahoma licensing standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families, staff, and community partners
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive education
- Oklahoma director credential or genuine commitment to obtain one
Sign-On Incentive
This full-time early childhood director position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 upon completion of your first 90 days, and $1,000 upon completion of your second 90-day period.
