About the Role

You'll direct the vision, quality, and operations of our early care and education program. What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff and support personnel to maintain quality standards
• Design and oversee curriculum implementation grounded in evidence-based early childhood education practices
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health codes, and safety regulations across all center operations
• Develop and manage annual budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
• Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication, conferences, and engagement opportunities
• Foster a warm, inclusive culture where children achieve developmental milestones and staff thrive professionally
• Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and early childhood networks

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, teaching, or child development programs
• Demonstrated success managing staff, budgets, and day-to-day center operations
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices, child psychology, and Oklahoma licensing standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families, staff, and community partners
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive education
• Oklahoma director credential or genuine commitment to obtain one

Sign-On Incentive

This full-time early childhood director position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 upon completion of your first 90 days, and $1,000 upon completion of your second 90-day period.
