What You'll Do

• Manage guest communications and address enquiries with professionalism and promptness
• Provide strategic consultation to property owners on optimising their Airbnb Luxe listings and guest experience
• Resolve guest concerns and coordinate solutions that maintain property standards and satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, guests, and stakeholders
• Gather feedback and insights to enhance operational practices across the Melbourne portfolio
• Support the coordination of property inspections and guest check-in processes
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records using project management systems

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage professionals and guests at all levels
• Proven experience in hospitality, guest services, customer success, or property management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Proficiency with digital communication platforms and property management software
• Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rental platforms (highly desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, with reliable transport to meet in-person requirements
