Role Overview

As Legal Operations Manager at Luminator Technology Group, you'll be the backbone of our legal department, ensuring seamless operations and strategic support for our legal team. You'll bridge the gap between legal strategy and day-to-day execution, enabling our attorneys and legal staff to focus on high-impact legal matters while you optimize processes, manage workflows, and ensure compliance across the organization. This role is critical to scaling our legal operations as Luminator continues to grow its global presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal department operations, including workflow management, matter tracking, and resource allocation
• Manage contracts, legal documents, and maintain proper documentation systems and storage protocols
• Monitor regulatory compliance and maintain updated legal policies and procedures
• Support the legal team by coordinating with internal departments and external counsel
• Manage legal department budget, expenses, and vendor relationships
• Implement and optimize legal technology systems and case management tools
• Draft and maintain legal operating procedures and compliance documentation
• Provide research support and analysis on operational and legal matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, paralegal studies, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal management, or legal support roles
• Working knowledge of legal processes, compliance requirements, and contract management
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms and standard business applications
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate legal records
