Vice President, Marketing – Commercial Lines

HUB International seeks a Vice President of Marketing – Commercial Lines to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our commercial insurance division at our Melville, Suffolk County headquarters. This is a full-time role where you'll shape how businesses across the region discover and engage with our comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions.

About the Role

As VP of Marketing for Commercial Lines, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, retention, and growth within the commercial insurance market. You'll partner with sales leadership, underwriting teams, and business development to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and market opportunities. This role combines strategic planning, brand development, campaign management, and digital marketing leadership to establish HUB International as the trusted commercial insurance partner of choice.

What You'll Do

• Lead the commercial lines marketing function, overseeing strategy, budgets, and team performance
• Develop targeted campaigns that reach decision-makers at businesses seeking commercial insurance, employee benefits, risk management, and wealth advisory services
• Build and manage marketing initiatives across digital channels, events, content, and client communications
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and customer value propositions
• Manage brand messaging, marketing collateral, and communications that differentiate HUB International in the insurance brokerage marketplace
• Track marketing performance metrics, ROI, and analytics to optimize strategy and allocate resources effectively

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, ideally within insurance, financial services, or B2B professional services
• Proven success developing and executing commercial or enterprise marketing strategies that impact revenue growth
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and multi-channel campaign management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Deep understanding of the commercial insurance market, customer decision-making, and competitive landscape
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
