Producer – Employee Benefits

HUB International is hiring a full-time Producer - Employee Benefits in Norwell, Plymouth County, to build relationships and grow a book of business in one of the most dynamic areas of insurance brokerage.

About the Role

As a Producer - Employee Benefits, you will be the driving force behind new business development and client retention across the Norwell, Plymouth County market. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity to consult with employers, design tailored benefits strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor who helps organizations care for their people.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and win new employee benefits clients through prospecting, networking, and referral cultivation.
• Assess each employer's needs and recommend solutions across health, life, and broader employee benefits programs.
• Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Partner with internal service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management.
• Stay current on market trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory developments affecting employee benefits.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in consultative sales or business development, ideally within insurance or employee benefits.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivation and the drive to thrive in an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Norwell, Plymouth County (this role is not remote).
• Relevant insurance licensing, or a readiness to obtain it, is expected for the role.
