About the Role

As a Project Manager on the NEW GENERATION team, you will own the full lifecycle of one or more intermediate-to-complex projects, working inside a matrixed environment where shared resources and stakeholders come together to deliver results. The position offers room to grow across Senior, Principal, and Staff levels, with responsibilities scaling to match your experience and impact. You will be the steady hand that keeps work moving safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout of assigned projects.
• Provide clear direction, coordination, and day-to-day leadership across matrixed project teams.
• Drive open, consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and partners.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk so projects are delivered safely and economically.
• Mentor and train team members, strengthening project management practices throughout the group.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing intermediate or complex projects, ideally within a matrix organization.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder-communication abilities.
• Working command of the full project lifecycle, from planning through controlled closeout.
• A disciplined approach to balancing safety, efficiency, cost, and risk.
• Level placement (Senior, Principal, or Staff) determined by depth of relevant experience.
