About the Role
As a Charity Foundation Intern with Masonicare, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the work of the Masonic Charity Foundation of Connecticut. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Wallingford, CT, working a day shift schedule of approximately 30 hours per week. You will contribute directly to philanthropic initiatives that fund and elevate the quality of care for the individuals Masonicare serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Foundation team with fundraising and donor engagement activities
- Support the coordination and administration of charitable giving programs
- Help maintain accurate donor records and related documentation
- Contribute to communications and outreach that highlight the Foundation's mission
- Provide general project and administrative support to advance Foundation goals
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in nonprofit work, philanthropy, or senior healthcare
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working on-site in Wallingford, CT during day-shift hours
- Availability for a full-time schedule of roughly 30 hours per week
