About the Role
As a Charity Foundation Intern with Masonicare, you will work alongside the Masonic Charity Foundation of Connecticut in Wallingford (Yalesville), supporting the fundraising efforts that advance Masonicare's mission. This full-time, on-site internship is a day-shift position scheduled at approximately 30 hours per week, offering meaningful exposure to philanthropy, donor engagement, and the operations of a leading not-for-profit organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Foundation team with day-to-day fundraising and development activities.
- Help coordinate donor outreach and stewardship efforts that strengthen relationships with supporters.
- Support the administration and tracking of charitable gifts and campaigns.
- Contribute to projects that promote the Foundation's mission to enhance the quality of life for those served by Masonicare.
Qualifications
- Interest in nonprofit work, philanthropy, fundraising, or development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site in Yalesville during day-shift hours.
- Availability for a full-time internship at approximately 30 hours per week.
